Tehran is willing to reinitiate atomic discussions with the United States as long as it is approached with "respect" and "respect", Iran's foreign minister has stated.

The Iranian diplomat said solely negotiations was effective, and revealed new appeals had been made by mediators to reopen discussions with the US government. He claimed Iran did not have undeclared nuclear sites, and Tehran was not yet able to allow the global atomic watchdog to inspect struck enrichment centers for protective measures.

Navigating a Complex Course

Araghchi is treading a challenging path since Iran does not want be seen to be operating from a position of disadvantage, and he insisted repeatedly that Iran had arisen more powerful defensively and emotionally from the coordinated strike on its enrichment centers in June.

He was talking at a security conference in Tehran where he reiterated that Iran had "a fundamental entitlement to enrich uranium within its borders that it will always maintain" – the main reason of the stalemate in the prior discussions.

Prior Discussions Suddenly Ended

The prior phases of talks between the US and Iran were ended suddenly and bitter end on 12 June when the Israeli government, with American backing, struck Iranian nuclear sites in a two-week conflict that concluded with the US president asserting the sites had been obliterated. Afterward, Western states exercised their right to reinstate global restrictions, but Iran maintains they have not had a substantial consequence.

Magic Solution Suggested

Iran's diplomats claimed they felt they had achieved a "magic solution" to the nuclear fuel concern in previous talks, when it was settled an Iran-based consortium with Washington's engagement could process nuclear material. Each party would have been able to assert triumph since domestic enrichment would have remained and the US could be assured that Iran's nuclear programme was exclusively peaceful.

It had not been decided in the negotiations that Washington's technical specialists could function on Iranian soil, but that was a reasonable assumption of the partnership suggestion. Representatives asserted on multiple occasions they had secured an understanding with the US representative the American negotiator only for the deal to disintegrate due to "detractors in America".

Existing Status

Iranian officials said the consortium offer was now withdrawn, but it seems highly likely the offer could be resurrected in certain ways if talks reopen.

The American leader recently said he had been obtaining communications that Iran wanted to resume discussions, but in private Tehran representatives state they are not yet receiving clear proposals from Washington either directly or from key regional mediators, such as the Qatari government, the Egyptian leadership, Oman and the Saudi kingdom. The Iran's state department has been charged of non-responsiveness in the wake of Washington's unmediated tactics, but Iran says diplomacy is not part of a show.

Diplomatic Position

In his remarks to the forum, aimed to paint the US as a dominant force that exploits the idea of global regulations, the foreign minister said the two-week conflict demonstrated the clash could not be ended by combat operations. He stated the strikes began with a American requirement for an unconditional Iranian surrender and concluded with an unconditional call for a truce.

Iran is certain the opening assaults from Tel Aviv were carried out with complete American awareness and coordination, making faith difficult to rebuild.

Dialogue Stays the Ultimate Solution

The foreign minister said: "Tehran was not the one that had abandoned negotiations; it was the United States and the European states that had repeatedly attempted to impose their desires during the discussions. Diplomacy can still be active and continues the primary solution to settle disagreements, but its criteria, guidelines and fundamentals must be respected."

"Provided that they speak to the nation of Iran with the tone of respect and respect, they will receive a response in the identical language."

Restoration and Rebuilding

In what is characterized by Tehran representatives as the battle of restoration and recovery, Araghchi stated he was assured Iran's defence capabilities "have significantly improved than preceding 13 or 14 June of this year. Our entire military infrastructure have been reestablished. We learned many lessons from this engagement; we have come to know our personal limitations and the weaknesses of the opponent."

He added: "We managed to survive this conflict. Our nuclear technology, which they intended to obliterate, remains in place. The installations and gear, if eliminated, will be reconstructed; what is essential is the resolve of the nation of Iran and then the national cohesion that they aimed at, but did not succeed to break. The citizens of Tehran have grown more resilient, more united, and more backing of the administration and the state in the aftermath of this attack."
